Anyone else disappointed they don't do anything in the DLC? So much time spent in the main game making them feel like more than just a ride and yet they don't have any interactions in the DLC besides introducing themselves to Kieran.

So? They're basically absent from the DLC outside of one cutscene. It's like you don't have them at all.

Briar doesn't comment on them even though she's obsessed with area zero, Carmine doesn't comment on them when you beat her score, Ogerpon doesn't interact with them.

I'm hoping they have a larger role in DLC2 since it's likely a postgame DLC.

Were the ride-mons that involved in the main story? From what I remember they interact with Penny once, they get fed sandwiches while Arven goes on emo monologues and then you are forced to use them in a fight againts their evil counterpart.
