This morning I was able to bench press 5 sets of 20 on 95 pounds. I can’t wait for the day that I get to do that with 135. My goal is to be able to get a 315 max.

Why are you doing sets of 20? Pick a weight heavy enough so you can do 10 reps.

Good shit OP. How long have you been lifting? I've been doing it consistently for 15 years and only recently hit the 345 lb bench mark. It took me like 5 years to consistently do 215 with good form.

Little over 2 years, but I made most of my strength gains in like the last 2 months. I wasted all that time on a terrible diet.
