>>54483618Keep MC mute aside from potential reaction grunts andr emote SFX, possibly give generic trainer types gibberish to spout with their text boxes. and reserve full voicing to major trainer (IE: Gym Leaders, Rivals, Champions, etc) so they can do the "OMG A CRITICAL HIT/WEAKNESS" reaction shit as voicelines as the text box says it instead of getting a dedicated scene for it and story presences in cutscenes and Pikachu because while i don't give a fuck it's basically the standard for it these days anyway.
