There are artists who statistically made a greater ratio of disliked to liked than he did, like that one lady who's only design credits for the gen are the Tepig line, Blitzle line, and the Deerling line. when fact checking this post I realized that there's been some people designing Pokemon since Gen fucking 3 that haven't once revealed what they worked on, like Kanako Eo. I guess it makes sense
