Forget typing, abilities, move sets, and meta usefulness for a minute. Which one is better looking? Because the most important part of any Pokémon is their coolness factor.

Glastrier and Spectrier are both well designed minor Legendaries. Both are solid designs to me. I like that neither one looks particularly “friendly” nor “heroric”.

this, i like them both. i think i prefer spectrier, mostly just because im scottish and it showing up as a ghost horse in the scotland-based area makes me want to believe its a kelpie

Ghost horse has floating hooves so that automatically makes it cooler then ice horse.
I do like that both horses are canonically major assholes without Calyrex to control them.
