In her post-game events, you get to share some interpersonal moments with her that make her blush. It definitely seems possible that she could be feeling more for you than just friendship or that her feelings for you are developing still.
I think both her and Arven were intentionally written in a way that they could be interpreted as love interests if the player wants to, without directly hinting at the idea cause it's still a game for kids.
