Also its abilities are fucked. It gets Keen Eye, which fair enough I guess eagles have fantastic eyesight and I can't think of a better eye-related ability for it except maybe Frisk. But then it has Sheer Force and Defiant. It should clearly have Tough Claws and Justified. HOW DOES IT NOT HAVE JUSTIFIED.
