The reason she's underated is because she wasn't put up front and center like Wickie and Melony during X/Y promotion season. She became part of that second teir of Poke Women the people don't start cooming over until they're found in game. But seeing how she was fart of the elite four, I doubt they would have gone out of the they way to show she was in the game.

All things considered, she's actually pretty popular considering that granny fuckers like you and me are a vanishingly small minority. Going by Gelbooru, she's got more art than Malva, the designated fapbait E4 member in Gen 6. She's also got more art than all of the female Team Flare admins put together, and more than Olympia and Valerie as well. Hell, Diatha doesn't even have double the art Drasna has, and that's with final boss/Champion privileges.
More is always better though

The art quality's good, the artist's name is Yokkora. He used to (;_;) exclusively draw thicc women. Unfortunately, if I recall the doujin is mainly focused on Serena and Drasna shows up close to the end. Highly recommend the artist overall if you like MILFs though.
