I really like them. I don't care if they are or are not competitive, looks and first impressions are more important.

Ok. While I disagree that looks and first impressions are everything TO ME I have no problem with you enjoying them for what they are. That said I like them all and haven't even played Sword/Shield enough to get and use them.

Galar Zapdos is really cool, I always think about using it but never do.
Galar Moltres FUCKS and I actually use it, if things get banned for Reg E I intend to make a Galar Moltres team.

They are nice and fun to use, but i find myself really prefering Articunos and Zapdos Shinies over their standards, and not just because KANTOOOOOOOO, they just look more striking in those colors. Moltres is more of a sidegrade and i think i prefer the standard color.

this would be to imply as well that they got better at designing over time, which is a hoennchad argument if you wish to go down that route

That's the only cool thing in the trio.
Started off as a Hummingbird (extremely fast wingbeating) with static'd feathers (Electric).
Then they do a Roadrunner (super fast running) with powerful legs (Fighting).

pokemon designs peaked with gen 2. it was all slowly downhill from there but gen 5 was the last gen with overall good designs. 3D era is all trash
