His first one is in sales for the Pokemon League. This is the job he complains about, his boss there runs him ragged.
His second job is as the Gym Leader of Medali.
His third job is as an Elite Four member.
Larry doesn't often have to perform his duties as a Gym Leader or Elite Four member, so he mostly works his primary job. All the Gym Leaders in Paldea have other jobs to do when there's no challengers, and when there are appointments are made for gym battles. Compare this to Rika and Poppy, who just sort of lounge around when there's no Elite Four challenges. Poppy at least has the excuse of being a child, who knows what Rika does.
