Terminally online people don't enjoy anything so they spend most of their time time doom scrolling social media and youtube, this is why negative content thrives so much over there and positive content just does not gain traction. If you consume "gaming is dead", "everything sucks" content, it makes you feel better about you not enjoying anything in your life, because surely it's not you clinging onto fleeting feelings of childhood wonder and refusing to admit you have burned out on a hobby you once enjoyed, nah, it's the industry that sucks, the games are all bad, please reinforce my opinions mr youtuber man.
