No, you misunderstand. There is a limit of 300 field trainers the game can remember as being beaten. This does NOT include story or gym trainers, who are handled through event flags. If you beat 300 field trainers, the game can't remember any new ones. Gamefreak didn't realize they hit 300 field trainers with Teal Mask, so if you've beaten everyone (or nearly everyone) in Paldea, you can't beat everyone in Kitakami.
In the next patch they will fix this. Until then, lol

If you fought everyone in Kitakami and the game remembered all of them were defeated even after they were unloaded (i.e. you traveled away from them), then yes, you have some undefeated trainers in Paldea.
I don't know the exact counts. You may have more than one.

Yes, and since my team was in the low 70s, all of those ogre clan members were quite a challenge.
Except the fighting one, he let my Mimikyu use sword dance 3 times at the start so I one-shotted his whole team.

There's literally nothing to do, at least IoA has restricted sparring. I don't really care to have one-off battles, if you can't even at least rematch.

I told you retards that the dlc was gonna be a 2hr story with only 5 trainers worth a fuck and I was right. Kitakami was horribly cramped and barren and you'd think a town with a local festival would have an assload of local and foreign trainers but nah. Let's just have some quick rush job story and then a few strong trainers and call it a day.
