What the fuck were they thinking putting designs like this into the movie? I understand they hired that one guy from DeviantArt, but his redesigns for realistic Pokémon are horrifying. It feels like this movie was directly targeted at normies who only played the first generation and still to this day laugh at memes about "if Pokemon was real" on Facebook
