Being immune to Electric and Ground is already pretty neat and would make Lando (or even something like Gligar) a handy pivot. Issue is that a lot of Pokemon that use Thunderbolt as coverage also can and usually will have IB/Blizzard, too.

Gen 1 Lando-T would have had 80 Special. It's more in-line with how Gen 1 typically treated physical attackers. That would also bring its BST down to 495, tied with Moltres, instead of the absurd 520 you have him at (which would make it the second highest BST in the game after Mewtwo.)

Lando essentially just completely takes over the niche that Rhydon/Golem used to hold. It doesn't beat Zapdos as hard, but in exchange it has a lot more utility in the late game and can potentially act as a win con against a paralyzed team. Very few things in Gen 1 would want to switch in on Lando T.

Pure ghost is amazing in gen 1, you virtually have no weaknesses since lick is the only thing that can hit you for SE damage
And you aren't part poison which is what keeps Gengar in check

SD, HB, Rest, Slash is all you need to destroy most of the meta

You don't run Rhydon for the Normal resist you stupid faggot, pretty much every Normal type you could expect to see in OU will run your faggot ass over. Its role is mostly to keep electric types in check and to annoy people behind a sub. Lando does the same thing but has a way more threatening EQ.

Look everyone, an OU Fighting Pokemon and possibly the new king of the tier. It's just bulky enough to get a Swords Dance off, OHKOs Tauros and Chansey with High Jump Kick after one, and can even OHKO Snorlax on a high roll. It gets kept in check by Jolteon and Exeggutor and is turbofucked by status. Plus it can always be revenge killed.

It's an interesting addition to the meta and would likely break up the Bull/Whore/Lax core a bit, but it still does have a few key weaknesses (in addition to the ones you mentioned)

I'd assume the standard set would be HJK/Rock Slide/Hyper Beam/SD, though I could see Wing Attack maybe being worth using if you want to improve your odds against Exeggutor. Using it means dropping either Hyper Beam (and worsening your match-up vs Starmie) or Rock Slide (and worsening your match-up vs Zapdos) and that's probably not worth it.

No elemental punches as well because they're not TMs in Gen 1.
All that said it'd still be a terrifying wall breaker that just comes in on Rhydon and Zapdos for free and starts clicking buttons. Immunity to Body Slam paras is really nice.

Exeggutor is by far the most common but you still sometimes see Victreebel and even Venusaur in OU. Also worth mentioning that Razor Leaf is genuinely a really good move in Gen 1 thanks to the way crits work, all relevant users of the move will always crit with it. Victreebel is somewhat relevant specifically because it's a Swords Dance/Wrap abuser that can threaten bulky waters with a powerful crit Razor Leaf which would otherwise wall it.

Backporting Tangrowth's stats to Gen 1 based off Tangela's gets some hilarious results. No Ancient Power means you'd have to catch it in the wild or have it be a trade exclusive. Cerulean Cave would probably be the best place to put it, although where Tangela is found isn't terrible either, even if it just makes the not evolving thing weirder.

Too bad the best Special move it gets is Mega Drain. It's coverage in general is shit. As far as movesets go, Tangrowth's massive bulk keeps drawing my mind to Sword Dance + Rest. It might be better to run it more like a physically bulky Exeggutor though. The lack of a suicide attack hurts in that regard.

Unfortunately, it gets walled by Gangar even if you ran Mega Drain to hit it, and Jynx destroys Tangrowth. It's main saving grace is Blizzard is so inaccurate. I think it's too inconsistent. Ultimately, if Tangrowth can't eat some of Exeggutor's lunch, I don't think it would be able to hang on in OU. I could see it doing well in UU though where Charizard, Dodrio, and Moltres will keep it from getting too crazy.

The closest thing I could find was Ultra Necrozma, and 1v1, Mewtwo almost always wins the matchup. Having 1 less Speed than Mewtwo really fucks it over. Still, UN has a very slim chance of winning, and if it can get a Swords Dance off before Mewtwo hits the field, or it comes in on an unboosted paralyzed Mewtwo, it wins. It does have one thing going for it though. UN can survive a hit from a +4 Amnesia Mewtwo's Ice Beam and can then paralyze it in return with Thunder Wave.

I feel like giving it Prismatic Laser is cheating though. If we're including signature moves, that does raise the possibility of Annihilape with Rage Fist. It's useable, but the glitch making Psychic Pokemon immune to Ghost instead of weak to it fucks Ape over. Still, Rage Fist or no, it's powerful Submissions, high HP, and immunity to Normal attacks would make it a decent choice in OU. Despite its many flaws and absolutely garbage match up with the Psychic Pokemon in OU, it counters Tauros, Chansey, and Snorlax.

Pretty sure Mewtwo still wins against all Deoxys forms do to Recover + Amnesia. Deoxy's HP is so shit it can't get into a punch out with Mewtwo even with sky high stats.

I'm going by the logic that backporting moves is okay only if the Pokémon had it as a signature move at some point, and only if it could be recreated in the Gen 1 engine without adding any new mechanics.

Prismatic Laser is just Psychic-type Hyper Beam with a BP increase, so it's fine. There's no way to implement Rage Fist though, because Gen 1 doesn't include the hit counter it uses. You could make it a Ghost-type version of Rage maybe, but that's a big stretch (and Rage sucks anyway).

I ran the calcs and thanks to being weak to Psychic and having a shit move pool, Eternamax Eternatus still loses to Mewtwo. As long as Mewtwo doesn't get fucked by paralyzation RNG, he can Amnesia twice and 2HKO Eternatus. Maybe if it had Dynamax Cannon things might be different though.

its a check because if it can safely switch into landorus (i.e. after something else dies) it can threaten to outspeed and OHKO

Gen 9 cannon is just a 100 BP Dragon move with no secondary effect, so it should be fair game.

That's a good thing. Like anon said, Fire and Fighting basically don't exist and everything good that gets STAB rock moves is afraid of STAB Blizzard.
If anything, pure Ice is a good defensive typing since it can come in on ice attacks with impunity and never have to worry about freezing.
I just looked at its movepool too and holy shit it gets Amnesia. Regice genuinely hard counters Mewtwo and beats it 1v1 nine times out of ten, even if it has to rely on Rest for recovery.
