I'll begrudgingly admit it was a pretty good way to cap the main story, but I wish the song's lyrics weren't so generic. They could have at least added a line or two about finding your treasure.

Ruby/Sapphire's. Not my favorite or most nostalgic games overall, but the ending bike ride is really nice.

B2W2's is also really solid, I really like the "and back again" thing it has going on, and the combination of Aspertia and the main theme at the end is a really great cap to the whole thing.

Honorable mention to this part of USUM's credits, which try to do a similar thing to GS's but kinda shitty. I like the medley though, I'm a sucker for a good medley.

This is partly nostalgia because Rescue team was the first story with an actual "narrative" I cared about so my 11 year old ass was crying over the credits when I got to it. It was the first time when I felt like beating the game really meant something.

Also the music motifs of both the main theme and the Sky Tower instrumentals in this is just so good.

SM had my most favorite end credits for sure. Seeing all the pics along with the final shot with Lillie and Solgaleo/Necrozma really was a sweet touch. The music is especially nice.

This exactly. The song is fine, but I really do not comprehend how Ed Sheeran was asked to write a song SPECIFICALLY for Pokémon and then decides to write the most generic fucking love song lyrics on the planet. Fucking why? It doesn't make any sense, unless you want to argue that it's supposed to be from the MC's or (one of the) side character's view or some shit.
