They really should've made it so that Paradox mons could show up in Tera Raids. Hell, make it a very small chance or some shit, IDK.

I encountered every trade / rare evo while resetting tera raids except the one I fucking needed, that being Milotic, until about an hour in. It's like the game purposely fucks you over.

i like pokemon, but i do not like what gamefreak has done to it. OP helped ruin the franchise by buying it and playing. i bet he's even paying for Home as well
