I've recently started playing pokemon wilds. For those unfamiliar it's like a fusion of crystal and terraria. One interesting thing is that HMs are an innate trait of pokemon. Everything with blades can use cut. Flying or water types that are big enough to ride can use fly/surf. Ground types can dig, psychics can teleport, and so on. This put a whole new spin on how I build teams. Rather than just grabbing the best battlers, I was prioritizing mons which were good at exploration.
It got me thinking. we've all built teams before, but what would you build if you had to consider exploration. A team that would suit a proper adventure across the pokemon world, and not just a collection of fight slaves.
