So are they actually evil? I thought pokemon couldn’t be evil. Like Darkrai can’t control it’s nightmare powers for example.

the UBs didn't rob anyone, they lashed out on everything they saw because they were scared and saw everything as a threat. The UBs definetly kill people, but we don't consider an animal evil just because it killed. Even the opposite Koraidon/Miraidon is not considered evil, just aggressive

So, is Munkidori the leader of the group? I know about the leak with Poison Peach Boy, but he wasn't here at the moment. Seeing how the other two listen to him and how he decided to tell them to split up, I'm thinking he is. And if Peach Boy return, he must be the second in command.
