No its a logical conclusion based on how much Unova Pokémon get shilled. If CHARIZARD being constantly shoved up our asses is proof that CHARIZARD is apparently the pinnacle of monster design, then logically UnovaPokemon being minimaxed, getting a whole game, a whole VGC season to themselves, and being a constant shilling, is proof that Unova dex as a whole is one of the best.

Unova really has some of tbe worst and best designs in the series, the problem with gen5 imo is that they tried to soft reboot the series Pokémon wise
