There should be a fifth member with a Dark/Electric typing(STAB Electro Ball) and a Ruin ability that lowers Speed. Thoughts?

part of the thing with the ruinous pokemon is that they lower everyones stat equally

the enemies, their partner, their own.

speed ruin pokemon wouldnt do anything

Aren't they the four perils, counterparts of the four beasts? There shouldn't be a fifth member of any of them, unless you count the golden serpent which stands in the middle

I personally go with the theory that Gimmighoul/Gholdengo are tied to them:
