Greninja is still better and more versatile. Being an OU does not amount to anything when a lot of the Pokemon are A. Not in the game yet B. Banned already. Let's see it fair against Kyurem-Base and Megearna, two Pokemon in OU when Megas just got removed. You want newer Pokemon? G-Darm, Annihilape, and Ogerpon-Hearthflame.
