Anon, there's a reason for that.
Toby composed "Tera Raid Battle!", "Academy Ace Tournament", and "Battle! Lab Zero". He also composed "Area Zero", which was rearranged by Ichinose. He also composed a 'majestic' track for the song "Academy", and it got moved to a field theme instead. He didn't say which one.

The Gym leader last Pokemon theme when they tera their Pokemon. With none of the other major fights having it or an equivalent it made the gym fights feel way cooler than the other battles even with them being easy.

It's a shame you'll pretty much never hear the full thing because there's so few grunt battles and they're so easy you'll probably just remember the first few guitar riffs and that's it.

Every gen is better with a last Pokemon theme, with the ones that actually have it resulting in really cool gym fights.

Most tracks are pretty bad, the Wild Battles are good tho.
Also why is it that every legendary in these games has it's own battle theme except the Mascots and the Paradoxes?(aka what the plot supposedly revolve around)
