>>54583260>lead matchup game 2after game one I figured there was no way you lead with fig again and torn shifu was most likely coming so I went with my gut and lead hands/cress.
>but im doing well with the team in ranked.its a very nice team. lots of offensive power, the only issue I have with it is only one pokemon has protect so pivoting is much harder.
also a word of advice the turn where you earth powered the cress, my guess is that you tried to read an ally switch.
when it comes to ally switch, you should rarely make a read like that. what I like to do is wait to see my opps tendencies to click it before I start making reads. its a move that causes 50/50s so I try and have the odds in my favor as much as I can.
also, Fairg doesn't need ally switch. psychic would be a better move for good damage and if you are googles on it like mine it just walls ammonguss.
on torn I would drop icy wind for protect or taunt, tailwind is enough for speed control. I dont know how torn is trained though but seeing as how It took from a no sp tak ice beam it seems frail, if so make it tera ghost sash.
regidrago is better off with dragon pulse, you already have D energy for power.
other than that the team looks fine! this team of mine ive been practicing with since about a 2 weeks before worlds. it was able to peak in the 1800s for reg d and its currently a high 1600s to mid 1700s teams right now.
experience is the most important thing for me. keep grinding with the team.
