Ever wonder why Ice is treated as an "advanced" type in the series? It's often the type for Elite 4 members or late-stage gym leaders, despite the fact that those gens rarely have notable Ice-types. Does Game Freak want us to see Ice as the upgraded version of Water? Maybe they should retool the fucking type then because I don't think the ruse is working.
