fantina uses on on her DP team and in platinum rematches
shauntal only has it in BW2, and only in her challenge mode rematch
Acerola doesn't use one but it shows up during the ghost trial, which if you ask me is close enough
Allister has one as his ace
and ryme does not use one
so that's either 5 or 6 out of 8, depending on if you count Acerola
