I think I came up with a pretty neat idea for an ability, get this
>Fight or Flight
>When reduced to less than half HP, Fight or Flight kicks in.
>Player is given the option to either withdraw their Pokemon or keep it in battle, which increases it's atk, sp atk, and spd by 1 stage and decreases it's def and sp def by 2 stages
Sort of like a reverse Wishiwashi, it gets stronger the less HP it has
