What would be his typing? Dude could have Ground (Bones), Ghost (Undead Skeleton), Dragon (Just a big beast + Bowser would be Dragon Type 100%)...

Dragon/Ghost, Flash Fire as ability to refernce the immunity to Lava and Fire moves as Coverage for the Fireballs.

Not bad.
Just add the Bone Moves because DUH. (STAB Shadow Bone is nice)
The Ability could be a Special Defence variant of Well Baked Body.
Now we need his stats.

Steel/Fighting seems like an easy choice, but maybe there's something more interesting that could be made.
(Note: This one HAS to learn Self-Destruct and Explosion because of the Subspace bomb in it's head)
