Both Salamence and Metagross have megas, and the former has a Paradox based on its mega. Garchomp has a mega. Hydreigon has a Paradox based off it. Goodra has a Hisuian form. Kommo-o has a unique Z-Move. Dragapult has no special attention, but it's also relatively new. And Baxcalibur is brand new. Dragonite is the big exception.
Ditto also gets nothing new. After it got Imposter it's been the same since.

And just because they're already good doesn't mean they don't deserve special attention too. Dewgong's entire gimmick is being Lapras-lite and overshadowed by Walrein, yet it has nothing. Not even a good movepool.
