>>54583113ATOLS, Babuchan, Kikuo, Utsu-P.
The latter two have achieved kind of meme status within the scene/fandom (Kikuo as the "quirky creepy-cute experimental guy" and Utsu-P as the "Vocaloid metal guy") and are more popular relatively, but all four are generally relegated by the companies to being "tier 2" artists that at best get featured in compilations and once in a while get offered to make remixes for "tier 1" artists and things like that.
I'm salty particularly about these four because they are really good and unique and have been around for a long time, basically carrying the scene in their respective genres/vibes and greatly enriching it as a whole.
Only in the recent few years they finally started getting appreciated and promoted more, even if it's mostly just Utsu-P, who got Hyper Reality Show played live on Magical Mirai and Miku Expo and got to be the headliner with the opening song on the Digital Stars 2022 compilation.
PinocchioP is very popular and has been a "tier 1" for a decade. Arifureta Sekai Seifuku was published in 2012, Slowmotion in 2014 and Hajimemashite Chikyuujin-san was used as the Project Mirai Deluxe OP the same year.
I love Aimaina and Arifureta Sekai Seifuku and like the two albums these songs are from, Manga and Obscure Questions, but after that he really fell off for me.
