Man I dont think even +100 BST and a new ability would make Dusknoir or Electrivire good unless they got super minmaxed ones

Honestly Electivire would only need about 10-20 points of speed and it'd be fine. It already has 123 attack so even a modest +20 or +30 makes it solid enough to use unboosted. That's not really minmaxed when you've spent less than half of its Mega stats on the two stats it wants and don't even need to lower any. The new Ability would just have to be something that's more usable than Motor Drive or Vital Spirit which is easy too.
