I wouldn't be surprised. Toby has snuck that theme into every project he's worked on since he made it for that Halloween hack. At this point, it's his signature, so slipping it into the games - even if it's just buried in the game files and not actually featured in the game itself - would be par for the course.

I don't think we're going to get full on Megalovania but we're gonna get the Earthbound soundfont electric guitar, maybe been with the dramatic attack and release of the original megalo/earthbound opening. He already used the "Hopes and Dreams" guitar in several songs in base game

Anon he included a track originally called "I'm Having A Baby And The Baby Is You", first made as a shitpost to troll the MSPA forums' rule of no pregnancy art (and he got banned for posting it), in the Sword/Shield soundtrack. It didn't keep its name, but it's the same song. He was still brought back to make tracks for Scarlet/Violet.

He ain't gonna get blacklisted. Sans is in Smash. Nintendo and their associates love him.

Sorry, I should be more specific. It was no mpreg art, which is what the song was about. He made it and posted it fully knowing he'd get banned for it. And he was the lead composer for Homestuck's music team too. Radiation is a master-class shitposter.
