I used to work in tailoring so I was working on the same floor just around the corner.
The queue was astronomically long and the store opened late and closed early. People came at ridiculous hours in the morning and were turned away because the queue was so long, including disabled people and very young children.
It was the most mismanaged thing I have EVER seen in person, and in spite of offering to help assist myself, they just airdropped in a handful of staff to deal with the entire thing for about half a day and vanished after about a month.
This is not new, this is common practice for TPCI in western countries.
