Teddiursa was always blessed. I wish it wasn’t being shipped however, Ursalina and Blood Moon are fucking hideous and stupid. Ursaring should be as good as it gets- a shitmon with fun gimmicks that can plow through unprepared teams.

All of those make sense: Blood Moon has specific thematic reasons for its existence, Lack luster Pokemon getting evolutions is more logical than broken shillmons getting even more broken forms, Teddiursa is better than 90% of early gym leader aces, and plenty of pokemon get to be pokemon centerpieces.
