With full speed investment (including +speed nature), it has 392 speed which allows it to outspeed anything that has 128 base speed and lower (ties 129 base speed). Assuming you max out one of its offenses afterwards, it will have 358 attack or spA. You could slap a band/specs on it for some powerful hit and runs, if it gets pivot moves then even better.

40 base HP with max IVs gives you 442 HP max with 0 EV investment , which is equivalent to having 150 base HP. Depending on the typing and moves you could have some defensive sets, probably not with rock/ground though.

Just for another comparison that attack stat is just about equivalent to having 130 base attack with full EV investment (neutral attack nature)

That’s not how huge power boost works. It doubles the stat, not the base stat. Anon’s hypothetical mon uninvested is basically a Mew clone, and around base 130 on a given stat invested.

Full offense is absolutely the way to go with the given typing, hopefully it doesn't get fucked over and GF allows it access to EQ at the very least.
Could have a funny niche too of STAB Smack Down + EQ to threaten an Corv switch ins.

Because the base stat isn’t what’s being doubled. It’s the full stat itself, with all the multipliers of level, nature, investment, etc. doubled as well.

It's not base stats doubled, it's stats doubled. Huge Power doesn't double your base attack, it doubles your calculated attack. Azumarill has a base attack of 50, and with an Adamant nature, 31 IVs and 252 EVs hits 112 attack, but with Huge Power, its attack stat is 224. Normally to hit a stat of 224 with an Adamant natured Pokemon, you'd need a base attack of 152.

I know other anons have explained it but here's an example of doubling the base vs. the stat itself with a neutral nature

ability doubles base stat (level 100)
>base attack stat of 40: 116 attack + 252 EVs = 179 total attack
becomes
>base attack stat of 80: 196 attack +252 EVs = 259 total attack

ability doubles stat
>base attack stat of 40: 116 attack + 252 EVs = 179 total attack
becomes
>179x2 = 358 total attack
