You can breed for the shiny in S|V, then pitch it back to the past to evolve it, or just find a birb outbreak in Legends and try and bullshit up one. Either way, to get H. 'Eye, I think it needs to hit Hisui first (though they may change that in DLC2).

I'm thinking Galarian Slowbro. It can learn skill swap to save those tards that brought ghost types or let npcs intimidate it when playing solo. Munkidori has potential but I'm afraid it is just too frail for this job.

This was already discussed further up.

Skill swap won't work once the shield goes up, plus HDecidueye has access to at least 2 dark moves (so psychic and ghost types may not work depending on what moveset they give it)

I'm pretty sure skill swap works and shield/state resets won't affect already swapped abilities. I use a skill swap Sylveon for every Annihilape raid and it works every time.
You're right that it might have a ghost or dark type move though, but I think it has more of a chance to have Brave Bird instead of Sucker Punch or Shadow Claw.
