home adds a unique identifier to the pokemon. your transferred gen 6 mon (that home sees as in a gen 9 game) will likely pick up on this and deny the pokemon from home "upload". you might get lucky tho and nintendo will be too incompetent to do such a check.

While you could just drop in mons to the current games, it depends on certain things. If it originated from an older game (such as wanting a shiny mew from Emerald specifically) it would need a Home tracker to leave the game you place it in, but can only get one from first being in Pokemon Bank and then going to Home. Recent games have a lot of mons so you just generate the mons in their most recent title, throw them into Home, and now the mon is legit and can be used in the newest games as they come out.
The first exception I can think of is Spinda, that one HAS to be generated into a 3DS game and placed into Bank first. The ones in BDSP are banned from Home due to the faithful remake not being faithful in the jank coding Gayfreak uses.
