it's so weird they gave him a honchkrow and a gyarados.
pyroar is a good choice for obvious reasons, and mienshao is quite unique, but they just gave up after that

Never thought of it but escavalier fits him quite well. Hits those fancy new fairy types hard and a knight themed pokemon fits with the theme of elitism. In that case also swap gardy for gallade
