I know people want Pokemon to be this Lord of the Rings-style story where all of it makes sense and there's a deep and rich history that's connected, but it's all bullshit. It's just a JRPG that keeps having new story elements built on it because the devs are just trying to make cool set pieces for a game.They're not super interested in lore, they just want to explore the idea, "What if.. Pokemon, in space?".
