why was this gen's version exclusives so lopsided
the only decent thing shield players got was tyranitar, everything else (that matters) is mogged by their sword counterparts

Supposedly because "Zamazenta looked cooler" so they went out of their way to kneecap it and Shield so it wouldn't do overly better.

Needless to say they miscalculated and it backfired hard and they are now the most Lopsided versions we ever had. Still i don't regret Shield BECAUSE everyone got Shield i had my pickings of trades when it mattered, was incredibly easy to get all the Sword exclusives, including getting Zacian WITHOUT having to trade my Zamazenta.
