I admit half the reason I started this thread was to post Newo's art. It's very cute.

I also think it's good as portraying pokemon as domesticated animals

If you'd wanted to take care of grass or bug types, you'd probably need a garden.

If you'd wanted to take care of a water type, you'd probably need some kind of pool. Stuff like that.

I think sandshrew would make a nice pet

He's a shrew, he'd RUIN your garden.

Also it's funny to imagine all grass types as basically plants that don't like walking. Even ones like mewoscarada or Bulbasaur.
