BDSP has every pre-Gen V Legendary between the two games, plus Mew (with LGPE save data), Jirachi (with SwSh save data), and Arceus (with a completed PLA save file)
PLA has every single Gen IV Pokémon, inlcuding Arceus, Shaymin (with SwSh save data), and Darkrai (with BDSP save data), plus the Genies and the new fourth Genie
You still need the 3DS games to get Magearna from SM/USUM, Deoxys from ORAS, and Celebi from Crystal on the Virtual Console (if you don't have that already, you're out of luck)
Any other Mythical Pokémon (eg. Meloetta, Hoopa) is still event-only.
