Gen 2 OU is not that stalled anymore and offense teams typically do better. Especially since Lax helps push the small victories in a team. In a Laxkess meta you'd have no mon to be able to fill the various momentum securing niches it dies. His not an auto-pilot mon at all. You have to find a way to slot it into your team or make a team comp that can secure your Wincons with it.

You want real stall fuckery look at Gen 6 UU with the Blissey and Quagsire core prior to the bans.

The ogers can stay because they are actually pretty frail and their coverage is pretty shitty, and they counter wake so it is good

Iron Moth is fine. It can't do much without Booster Energy and is physically frail. It also gets hard-walled by Heatran.

Moth can't run physical or mixed sets. The most it can do besides running Fiery Dance + Sludge Wave + Tera Blast is run a utility set with Toxic Spikes or something, and no one is using Moth for that. It might hit harder than Valiant on the special side (120 vs 140), but Valiant also has 130 physical attack and a noticeably higher speed tier. Fairy is also far and away the best type in the game.

Valiant is insanely busted.

Stall comes out on top with timer. Usually the offence loses 1-2 mons until the conditions are met to sweep, or loses. With a limited timer you'd stop the battle before the offence has time to set up the stage and stall would have more mons
