>>54660041It's truly an embarassment. It has only 11 reviews on Steam, 5 of which are negative. This is "first indie game made by students" levels of flop, but it comes from the creators of the biggest franchise in the world.
You'd expect a good chunk of people would try the game based on that it's made by the Pokémon guys, yet the game has most certainly failed to sell even 1000 copies on Steam. That's how bad the game looks.
They're just good at Pokémon and they are neglecting it. They were never good developers, just good at being a one trick pony. Once they stop doing that one trick as good as before, they are useless.
What Game Freak really needs is that a competent developer handles a remake or a "Legends" game, without any limitation imposed by GF, so they can see how good a Pokémon game can be without them and get a bit scared. That'd put their asses in gear
