I might add it's also fucking astounding in a series where elemental energy is shown to power the fucking world, energy given off by man-made machines affecting the physiological responses of creatures attuned to particular energy spectrums in said world is so fucking wild, confusing or weird. Do you even fucking play the games, or did you watch the tv show once as a kid and write fanfiction for the remaining years to explain the thing to yourself? Or did you just never learn to think critically about something, within the constraints of the world it's been presented in?
