Quick Claw and bright powder are both better by a good margin just less abusable. Regardless I can't be too bent of shape since it was never Cloysters best set anyways and is again, a luck sack item. Idk man while I disagree with a lot of Smogon's tiering policy, appeals to tradition, and bureaucracy that make it a facsimile of old world governance I don't think the clauses are particularly offensive.
