>>54658547Something interesting about Briar is that she could probably relate to Kieran’s sperging about others keeping secrets. The things she’s trying to prove should include everything listed in Heath’s journal: Terapagos; the paradoxes, and the Herba Mystica- all things considered myths at the start of the game, as terastal was the only one directly verified.
By the end of the main story (which you’ll need to beat to play the second dlc anyway), the main cast kind of already confirmed everything in the book. The protagonist and Arven confirmed the Herba Mystica, while the friend group as a whole confirmed the existence of paradoxes. Meanwhile Clavell was a member of the professor’s research team- a team which evidently confirmed Terapagos’s existence prior to the creation of the tera orb, going off of the notes in each research station.
Everything she wants to know is basically a ‘secret’ between the player, the kids, the AI professor, and Clavell at this point, which makes me wonder if they’ll do a similar plot with her feeling entitled to the information due to being Heath’s descendant.
