I disagree, Heatran and Giratina are the only legendaries that reward exploration in DP, the others are spoonfed, and Platinum spoonfeeds those as well. Sinnoh could have used more legendaries

they fucked up, heatran should have been just a really high bst pokemon, one chance encounter like snorlax and spiritomb should have been the legendary.
