Except they literally modeled the outside in XY but you cannot go there. This proves they wanted to make it possible but scrapped it. Additionally, it comes at you at the same time in the story where you need a key card, muddying the plot. With Gen 4, they weren't' trying to do anything with that building.

Oh, so I can compare it to, say, Orenburgh Mine, which is explorable, while the Power Plant isn't. They could have made the power plant explorable, but they didn't. They chose to fail to provide content and detail. I'm so disappointed they put less effort into XY compared to DPPt.

How do you know it's not the whole mine? The name isn't plural. The warehouses are in Sinnoh, unless you're referring to Driftveil (if you though that image posted earlier is Unova you either think Unova is your boogeyman that follows you everywhere or you just don't play the games you constantly argue about). Even with the benefit of the doubt, none of those have the appearance of importance and exploitability like the power plant does.
