This is the best Pokemon villain. Say what you will about his motivation and goal (DURR HURR RULE THE WORLD), but the way he attempts to achieve that goal has more effort and disregard for human safety than any other villain in the franchise. Like, I'm fairly certain this guy has a killcount after what he did in Opelucid City. Oh, and he also tries to kill you before even attempting to battle you (yes, I know he didn't do this in BW1 but you could easily chock that up to him growing as a character in between games). Also, orphan abuse and animal abuse (his Hydreigon can use Frustration at max power in BW2, on top of being underleveled).

This is peak villainy people. Sometimes you just need an irredeemable monster instead of whatever the fuck recent villains are.
