You mean best story in the franchise that allows you to catch most different pokemon right at the start and fight through the titans and gyms in any order you want thus making it the game with the MOST replay value? Yeah i agree.

Replay value just means if a hold can still be just as enjoyable on a replay as it is on your first playthrough. Classic Arcade games of course have this in spades.

You can get every pokemon in the Hisui dex in a single playthrough. If your only goal is to get the exclusives, there is no reason to ever replay the game.
